TOP PERFORMER AWARD: The Cadet Top Performer Award is a Headquarters, AFJROTC award presented to maximum of 2% of the current unit cadet corps population (unduplicated headcount). All currently enrolled cadets may be considered. Specific consideration should be given to cadets not previously recognized for superior performance.
